Quality assurance of higher education is the process of planning, compliance, control, and development of higher education standards in a consistent and sustainable. With the implementation of quality assurance, stakeholders (stakeholders) internal and external college, the students, parents, faculty, employees, communities, businesses, professional associations, the government has increased satisfaction with the performance and output of universities.
College quality assurance purposes is ensuring good quality higher education at the input, process, and output is based on laws and regulations, basic values, vision, and mission of universities. Quality assurance activities is a manifestation of accountability and transparency of higher education.
To achieve these objectives, STMIK STIKOM Surabaya has established a Quality Assurance Agency. This institute is a unit whose job is to implement the things related to quality assurance STMIK STIKOM Surabaya. The work of the Quality Assurance Agency is responsible to the Chairman (in coordination with the Assistant Head for Academic Affairs).
